I believe yoga is not one size fits all. Yoga needs to be adapted to you, your body, and where you are right now. My approach is rooted in four core pillars to ensure yoga supports you in the way you need it most.​​

Tailored to you

No two bodies are the same, and no two yoga practices should be either. I customize each session to fit your unique needs, abilities, and goals, creating a practice that feels intuitive, effective, and sustainable for you and what you need.

Somatic & intuitive

Yoga is more than just poses; it’s an experience of deep listening to your body. Your body knows how to move to heal you - we just need to learn how to listen. Through guided, mindful movement, we’ll explore what you body needs and how you can cultivate a greater connection to yourself.  

Trauma-informed

Safety, choice, and empowerment are at the heart of my teaching. My approach is rooted in trauma-sensitive principles, ensuring every practice honors your autonomy and creates a space where you feel supported, respected, and in control of your experience.

Accessible to every body

Yoga should be available to everyone. Whether you’re working with an injury, have mobility challenges, or are simply looking for a practice that feels welcoming, I offer modifications, props, and creative adaptations to make yoga truly inclusive.

What styles of yoga do you teach? 

I am trained in and offer a variety of yoga styles to meet you where you are, including vinyasa flow, somatic, kundalini, yin, and restorative. Together we can find the sytle that works for you, which may be a combination of many styles. Let's find what is right for you!

In-person and virtual private yoga sessions each offer unique benefits, depending on your needs, lifestyle, and comfort level. Both options provide a deeply personalized approach to yoga—choose what works best for you!

Yoga is also about giving back. Join me in community events around the area, including free monthly virtual class and classes to support Glocuester-Mathews Humane Society.
