Let's meet for a free 30 min Discovery Session via Zoom and talk about your history and yoga goals and see if private sessions are for you.
Each private session will be designed for you based on your goals. We'll move at your pace, with plenty of time for questions. I'll also provide you with a take home yoga sequence and email correspondence between sessions. Private yoga sessions may be just what you need to find your yoga. The best part, your private yoga session can be shared with up to 3 other people.
Currently, all private sessions will meet via Zoom or other acceptable in-person location with masks and appropriate social distancing in place. Email correspondence limited to 2 email exchanges per week. Private sessions sold in 4 week packages.
